Returns & Exchanges

At DESIGNME, we want you to love your hair routine; if a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are gently used or unopened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
